Lobster Bash
The Lobster Bash is an event I created for the Hygienic Art Gallery's XXX Annual Show honoring its principles of “No Judge, No Jury, No Censorship, No Fees”. After decimating a piñata at my 30th birthday party I believed that everyone should celebrate their 30th birthdays with piñatas. Therefore I fabricated a 9 foot lobster piñata and filled it with donations from local adult novelty stores, it being the triple X show after all. The event was open to the public with a warning that parents should use their discretion. A huge crowd arrived to witness the event, with many lining up to take a whack at the beast.
